Ordering
Contact section:
— Contact me via twitter or email. With a reference for your model.

— The client must have the ready to rig PSD file for me to be able to work on it.
Starting
​
— If agreed on taking your order, we will proceed to the payment.
​
— The model is usually paid in full before the start of the project but i do offer a 50% at the start and the remaining 50% is due upon head completion.

Process
​
— I will keep you updated on the process, sending you videos on the progress and receiving your feedback.
Delivery Time section:
— Due to health, there is no definitive time frame. Deadlines can always be discussed so that clients can expect an estimate time on when their commission(s) will be delivered. If you would like to set up a deadline for your commission, please give me 2 months notice in advance.
— You will receive a link to a driver with all the files you need to use your model on any face rig software that works with live2d models.

— For the .cmo3 file a fee of +50% is applied
Terms Of Service
Order process
— You will receive updates and preview of the finished work for feedback.
— Prices vary depending on the complexity of the model.
— I reserve myself the right to deny a commission if I don't feel comfortable.
— You will receive all the commissioned rigged files via google drive link.
— By commissioning me, you agree to all my terms of service, and that you’re paying for my services and time.
Terms of Service section:

— I work from Monday to Friday. Holidays and sick days not included. Except on rush order.

— I will only provide additional WIPs by client request on a case by case basis.
​
— If the client fails to respond to feedback/revision requests within 4 days, I reserves the right to continue with the project.

— I will not send the cmo3 file as it may compromise my work
​
— My works are digital goods, nothing physical will be shipped to you.

Payment section:
​
— If the client's deadline requires other commissions to be put on hold, a rush fee will be required if the commission is accepted.
— The rush fee is +50% added on the total of your order.
— All payments must be made through invoices via PayPal.
— First payment must be received upon delivery of the invoice within 10 days.
— If the client fails to make additional payments as necessary within 10 days of the projects half completion, I reserves the right to halt the project.
— If you are unresponsive after a month of me trying to contact you for feedback, your order will be canceled and you will receive no refund.
— Due to the nature of this work there are no refunds available. You only have the right to cancel the commission if money has not yet been sent.
— In the event of me not being able to complete the commission, the client will be offered a refund and deliverables based on current project completion and scope on a case by case basis.
— The client agrees not to file a chargeback without first contacting me.
Terms of Use
— You may not claim my work as your own.
— I reserve the right to showcase my artwork on my social media/portfolio.
